Hi! I am Kayla Karagias! I am probably somewhere in your up-line or I am a side line sister to you!

A few things about me…My favorite color is pink! I love all things natural and holistic! I live in Indianapolis and I own and run multiple businesses. I am a natural light photographer and I love all things empowering women and breastfeeding. I am all about supporting my fellow boss babes. I am also a total animal lover! I have 3 dogs and a cat (bambino hairless kitten). If you follow me you also know my struggle with infertility! My husband and I conceived our little rainbow through IVF and becoming a Mama was the BEST thing to happen to me! My daughter Raiden just turned two!

I have always loved heath and wellness! My husband and I met in a crossfit gym and we have always been really active and health conscious. After giving birth to my daughter I lost over 56 lbs and have fallen so in love with these supplements and this company!

I love finding ways to take care of my family that also nourishes their growing bodies! Some days we hit the road early for adventures, errands (Target runs!), play dates and homeschool activities so finding a way to feed my tribe on the go is important! Recipes shared here are all busy mama and picky toddler approved! With a background in fitness instructing and being a tad bit “crunchy”, I know the impact healthy ingredients can have on your wellness!

We are a family of 5 with a sweet golden doodle named Millie! My babies names are Reisse, Ryker, Pailyn! I married my high school sweetheart & best friend and am a Military now Veteran wife. I love getting into the gym or taking a fitness class, home renovating and planning homeschool lessons!
